PURPOSE: A flat panel display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase capacitance by comprising a storage capacitor in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A gate line(110), a data line(140), and a common electrode line(120) define a pixel region. A thin film transistor is formed at an intersection of the gate lien and the data line and includes a gate electrode(111), a source electrode(141), and a drain electrode(131). A storage capacitor is formed at an intersection of the common electrode line and the extended drain electrode and includes a first storage electrode(112), a second storage electrode(121), and a third storage electrode(132). |
