PURPOSE: A steel pile management system and a method thereof are provided to trace the location of a transfer device which performs unloading work of a steel pile by confirming steel pile information. CONSTITUTION: A transfer device(110) lifts a steel material, and a tilting sensor(202) measures the tilting angle of a mask and a pork. A position sensor(204) obtains the vertical position movement of the pork based on a distance value, and a load cell(206) measures the weight of the steer pile when lifting a steel material of the transfer device. A thickness detection sensor(208) measures the thickness of the steer pile when lifting the steer pile, and a vision camera(210) measures the moment necessary for weight compensation. A position measurement sensor(212) measures the position of the transfer device. |
