PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Lilium root extract is provided to dissolve coagulated blood and to circulate smooth blood flow without side effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for uniform skin tone contains 0.001-20% of Lilium root extract. The extract is prepared by adding methanol, hydrophilic organic solvent, or mixture of the hydrophilic organic solvent and water, a stirring, filtering, and collecting. The extraction solvent is ethanol, methanol, isopropanol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, and acetone.
