PURPOSE: A medicine discharge device, a method thereof, and an automatic medicine packing machine having the device are provided to accurately discharge non-uniform tablets as well as uniform tablets. CONSTITUTION: A medicine discharge device comprises: a frame(310) which discharges medicine by vibration; and a medicine transfer unit which transfers the medicine to the outside of a medicine exhaust device. The medicine transfer unit includes: a detection unit which detects the number of medicine dropping from the container; and a delivery unit which transfers the medicine to the packing device.
