PURPOSE: A vacuum electrolyte filling device for lithium ion secondary battery is provided to manufacture a secondary battery with high quality, and has good productivity due to the working of all processes inside of the vacuum chamber. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum electrolyte filling device for lithium ion secondary battery(11) comprises: a vacuum chamber(19) capable opened and closed by a door(19c); a vacuum pump(43) forming vacuum pressure in the vacuum chamber; a pouch carrier(29) accessing the vacuum chamber by sliding movement; a pouch carrier driving part transferring the pouch carrier; a pouch opening part in the vacuum chamber, opening the entrance of the pouch; an electrolyte supply part injecting electrolyte to the inside of the opened pouch; and a fusing part sealing the entrance of the pouch by heat sealing, after the injection of electrolyte liquid.
