PURPOSE: A medical plasma generation apparatus and an endoscope using the same are provided to arrange a grounding electrode in the lower side of an internal electrode, thereby smoothly discharging plasma generated in a glass tube in the lower side of the internal electrode to the outside of the glass tube. CONSTITUTION: A gas supply tube(12) supplies gas required for plasma generation. An internal electrode(20) is connected to one end of the gas supply tube in order to be communicated. A glass tube(30) covers the internal electrode exposed from the gas supply tube. A grounding electrode(40) is arranged in the outer surface of the glass tube. The grounding electrode creates plasma by discharging gas passing the internal electrode.
