PURPOSE: A voice information alarm device at wheel is provided to prevent information lost by offering information which is necessary for an operation as voice. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(110) is installed so that an operate inputs a request about one and more voice information. The input unit is installed on a handle. A sound convert unit(120) changes digital information data into voice information data. A controller(140) transfers a signal corresponding to the request of the operator to a digital information offer unit. The controller transfers the digital information data to the sound convert unit. The controller transfers the voice information data to a voice output unit(150). An interface unit is included for connecting with a digital device.
