HEATING PIPE FIXING STRUCTURE USING U-BOLD/NUT

PURPOSE: The screw nut is not unfastened by pushing of a sliding pad, the fixed state of the heating piping steadily maintains. CONSTITUTION: A heating pipe fixing structure using u-bold/nut comprises an U-bolt(10), a support(20), a sliding pad(30), a plurality of screwnuts(40), and a pushing prevetion unit(50). The U-bolt has a supporting part(11) and a threads(12). The supporting part protects the outer circumference of the heating piping. The both sides screw thread of U-bolt passes through a pair of penetration holes(21) of support. The sliding pad is allowed in between support and heating piping [interposed]. The penetration hole(31) of the sliding pad is formed in the same location as the penetration hole of support. A plurality of screwnuts is fixed and coupled in both sides screw thread of U-bolt. It is strained in the surface of support and sliding pad. It burns, the pushing prevetion unit prevents that the sliding pad is pressed by the nuts fastened to the surface of the sliding pad.
