PURPOSE: A high radiant heat aluminum laminating bottom chassis for an LED television and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to substitute an aluminum material which is used for a bottom chassis of the LED television and to prevent the generation of an afterimage. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LEDs is arranged on an LED array. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) controls luminescence of the LED array. A bottom chassis for an LED television accepts an LED module which is composed of a reflective sheet which is formed in the front side of the PCB. A cold rolled steel layer(71) is composed of one among a CR(Cold Roll) steel sheet, a GI(Galvanizing) steel sheet, and an EG(Electronic Galvanizing) steel sheet. A preprocessing layer(72) is spread on the upper side of the cold rolled steel layer. A glue layer(73) is formed on the upper side of the preprocessing layer. An aluminum foil layer(74) is laminated on the upper side of the glue layer.
