PURPOSE: A water sterilizing apparatus is provided to improve the purifying reaction of the apparatus by eliminating fine mixtures through a filter using an air bubble filtering unit. CONSTITUTION: A water sterilizing apparatus includes a rotary filter(10), an air-bubble filtering unit(20), an air dissolver(30), and an ultraviolet sterilizing unit(40). The rotary filter includes a draining fan and a sensor. The draining fan discharges mixture and washing water generated from a nozzle-based washing process to the outside. The sensor detects the internal raise of a water level due to the clogging phenomenon of a cylindrical filter due to the mixture. The air-bubble filtering unit includes a body, an air-bubble generator(23), an outlet, a nozzle, and a discharging hole.
