<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type liquid crystal display device having lowered contact resistance of a reflection electrode and a drain electrode with a common capacitance electrode and high reflectance. SOLUTION: The reflection electrode 24 electrically connected to the drain electrode 7 through a contact hole 11 formed in an interlayer insulation film 9 is formed in a two layer structure and an upper layer reflection electrode 24a disposed as an upper layer is formed by using Al and a lower layer reflection electrode 24b disposed as a lower layer is formed by using an alloy consisting essentially of Al. The drain electrode 7 is formed by using Ti or Ta.</p> |
