<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display method and a video display device in which a video that can attract interest of a plurality of video viewers can be switched at a display section without mounting special line of sight input devices onto an unspecified number of viewers of the video displayed on the video display device. <P>SOLUTION: The video that attracts interest of the plurality of viewers who view the displayed picture 101A of a video display section 101 is detected on the basis of line of sight information of the viewers and positional information of a face image.
