PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and surely cut the specified place of a cutting in a gate resin 3 by efficiently and accurately recognizing the specified place of the cutting in the gate resin 3 for a molded matrix type lead frame (a lead frame section) 2 having matrix-arranged packages 6. SOLUTION: Positioning bars 25 are inserted into positioning holes 10 formed to the lead frame 2 with bottom mould gate resins 3 severally connecting a specified number of bottom mould runner resins 7 severally formed to each of sections among the packages arranged in the cross direction of the lead frame 2, and the packages 6. The specified places of the cutting in the gate resins 3 are recognized, and a process for cutting the places of the cutting is conducted severally at every one runner resin 7 (a cutting corresponding unit 13).
