PURPOSE: The lubrication structure of a gear is provided to precisely put together by enlarging the flow rate of lubricating oil which flows in a gear side oil chamber. CONSTITUTION: A pair of baffle plates(11,13) surrounds the lower part of a gear. A pair of baffle plates partitions a space between a case and the gear into a gear side oil chamber(X) and a case side oil chamber(Y). An adjusting element connects the gear side oil chamber and the case side oil chamber. One side of a first side and a second side is extended and installed according to a radial direction of the gear from a main body of the baffle plate. The first side and the second side are respectively formed by flanges(11c,13c). A gap which connects the gear side oil chamber and the case side oil chamber is formed by opposing the surface of the flange of a rear baffle plate with the surface of the flange of a front baffle plate. |
