PURPOSE: A ship including an exhaust pressure controller for an engine room door is provided to control the inner pressure of an engine room by rotating a switching plate using the rotation of a handle and pedal when opening the door of the engine room in which the positive back pressure is formed. CONSTITUTION: A ship including an exhaust pressure controller for an engine room door comprises a back pressure regulating hole(14), switching pipes(22a,22b,22c) and an operating unit. The back pressure regulating hole is formed in one side of the engine room door of the ship. The switching pipe opens and closes the back pressure regulating hole. The operating unit controls the switching pipe. The operating unit comprises a moveable member(24) and a base aperture(22d). The moveable member is perpendicularly installed inside the door, is connected in the rotation of the door handle and is moved up and down.
