PURPOSE: A dust eliminating method is provided to enable a user to effectively eliminate dust located at a fan by attaching an adhesive coating film at the fan. CONSTITUTION: A computer and a laptop include a fan in order to cool a heating part. When the computer and the laptop are used, dust is accumulated at the fan. An adhesive coating film is attached to the fan in order to eliminate the dust and is separated from the fan. The adhesive coating film is manufactured to a small size which is smaller than the size of the fan. The both sides of the adhesive coating film include an adhesive surface.
