PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of formamide compound is provided to manufacture various formamide compounds with a high yield and selectivity, and reuse a catalyst due to the superior moisture-stability of the catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the formamide compound comprises a step of reacting amine compound with monoxide under the presence of ionic liquid catalyst including tellurite anions which is in the chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2. In the chemical formulas, R1, R2, R3, and R4 is hydrogen, alkyl group, hydroxy alkyl group or phenyl, respectively and independently.
