CONSTITUTION: A bearing(220) support a rotary shaft(210) in order to be able to rotate. A stopper(270) support the lower part of the bearing. A support(250) supports the stopper and rotary shaft. A bearing holder(230) includes a support part(231) for supporting and fixing the lower part of the support. The support part includes a protruded part upwardly extended along the axial direction of the rotary shaft.
