The manless call taxi cap apparatus transmits location information or an identification code and the call information of the client. A call management server(20) transmits a call taxi request including the call information of the client and the location information of the call apparatus to a call taxi driver terminal(30). The call management server transmits a permission signal to the call taxi driver terminal.
