PURPOSE: An optoelelctrofluidic immunoassay platform and an immunoassay method are provided to enable antigen detection of high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: An optoelectrofluidic immunoassay platform comprises: a light source(200) for irradiating light; a pattern forming device(300) which is placed on the light pathway and changes light pattern; a optoelectrofluidic device(100) for irradiating light pattern and injecting a sample; and a power supply device(700) for applying power to the optoelelctrofluidic device. The immunoassay platform further comprises a condensing lens(400) and light source(500) for detection.
