[Class 20 (ii)] A loft ladder 3 is pivoted at its upper end to the side bars 7 of a cupboard provided with doors 10, the ladder when out of action hanging within the cupboard. For use the ladder is swung outwardly and is maintained in inclined position by a strut 13 pivoted at 14 to the lower ends of the side bars of the cupboard, so that the strut normally lies within the cupboard.'
