PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which can be strongly jointed with a thermoplastic urethane resin member without using an adhesive or the like despite the fact that the composition uses a non-urethane thermoplastic resin as its base resin. SOLUTION: The resin composition for jointing which is used to be directly jointed with a thermoplastic urethane resin comprises a non-urethane thermoplastic resin (a polyamide resin, a polyester resin, a polycarbonate resin, a polyphenylene sulfide resin or the like) and a compound having an amino group (a polyamide oligomer or the like). The resin composition may contain 10 mmol/kg or more of an amino group. The compound having an amino group may have 40-1,000 mmol/kg of an amino group.
