PURPOSE: A cap assembly has minimum number of components and assembling processes due to the insert injection of a cap plate and electrode terminals by insulating molding resin. CONSTITUTION: A cap assembly(140) comprises: a cap plate(141) containing a first hole(141c); a first electrode terminal(142), which is connected to the first hole and expanded from the first hole, containing a upper terminal(142a), lower terminal(142b) and connecting part(142c) electrically connecting the upper terminal and the lower terminal; and a injection resin molding part formed between the first hole and the first electrode terminal for sealing the first hole near the first electrode terminal. The upper terminal is larger than the lateral direction size of the cross section of the lower terminal to facilitate the electro connecting of the upper terminal. |
