PURPOSE: An organic solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase a light absorbing rate, a fill factor, and an open circuit voltage, thereby increasing the efficiency of a solar battery. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode is located on one side of a substrate(110). A buffer layer is located on one side of the lower electrode. A light activating layer is located on one side of the buffer layer. A transparent sub layer is formed on one side of the activation layer. An upper electrode is located on the transparent sub layer.
