PURPOSE: An intercooler is provided to minimize the breakage and cracks of a tube and efficiently radiate generated heat to the outside. CONSTITUTION: An intercooler comprises an inlet header(300), an outlet header(310), inlet and outlet tanks(400,410), multiple tubes(100), radiation fins(200), an inlet(500), an outlet(510), and heat radiating plates(600,601). The inlet and outlet headers are separated from each other and face each other. The inlet and outlet tanks are coupled to the inlet and outlet headers. Both ends of the tubes are coupled to the inlet and outlet headers. The radiation fins are inserted between the tubes. The inlet is installed in the inlet tank. The outlet is installed in the outlet tank and discharges air flowing through the tubes to an intake valve. The radiating plates have multiple radiating pieces(610).
