SEALED HARDCAPSULE CONTAINING LIQUID COMPOSITION OF DEXIBUPROFEN

PURPOSE: A liquid phase formulation containing dexibuprofen is provided to ensure capsule stability and to disintegration and elution property. CONSTITUTION: A hard capsule formulation contains dexibuprofen-containing liquid phase composition containing dexibuprofen, alkanediol, surfactant, base, and water. The alkanediol is diethylene glycolmonoethyl ether. The composition additionally contains polyethylene glycol and is contained in 1.5-70 wt%. The viscosity of the liquid phase composition is 300-20,000 cps. The surfactant is polysorbate and is contained in 0.03-30 wt%. The base and water are contained in 1-20 wt% and 0.01-15 wt% based on total weight.
