COMPLEX WATER TREATMENT METHOD AND APPARATUS COMBINED WITH PHYSICAL CHEMICAL PROCESS AND BIOLOGICAL PROCESS

PURPOSE: A composite water treating apparatus based on the combination of a physical-chemical process and a biological process and a method for the same are provided to prevent a stream drying phenomenon and to improve the quality of small-sized rivers. CONSTITUTION: River water is introduced into a pressurization-floatation separating unit to eliminating floating materials. The treated river water is introduced into a water treating unit using a rolled pipe system(RPS). A purifying process is implemented while the river water is transferred to the upstream of a river. The treated water is drained to the upstream of the river. The drained water is re-circulated to the downstream of the river along the natural flow of the river. The inlet of the RPS is in connection with the pressurization-floatation separating unit at the downstream of the river. The outlet of the RPS is in connection with the upstream of the river.
