CONSTITUTION: An oral disease prevention and treatment composition contains 0.001-99.9wt% of artemisia fukudo makino extract as an active ingredient. The oral disease prevention and treatment composition is capable of additionally containing a carrier, an excipient, a diluent, and other additives by usage methods, usage purposes, and forms. The artemisia fukudo makino extract is obtained by an extraction solvent or a fraction solvent.
