<p>PURPOSE: A clock frequency offset compensating method of a terminal communication system and apparatus thereof are provided to compensate a reference clock frequency by detecting the frame synchronization signal of a frame control slot section. CONSTITUTION: An RSE(Road Side Equipment) frequency calculating unit(24) calculates a fraction part offset and an integer part offset value. A reference clock generating unit(25) generates an initial bit clock based on an offset initial value. The reference clock generating unit outputs a bit block in which frequency offset is reflected.</p> |
