<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus which can perform stable inspection of a wiring defect on a display panel and even more can suppress decrease in the production yield. <P>SOLUTION: An inspection section 40 includes a first wiring pattern group G1 consisting of a plurality of first wiring patterns WP1, a second wiring pattern group G2 which is spaced from each of the first wiring pattern WP1 and comprises a plurality of second wiring patterns WP2, an insulating film 130 which is arranged in an island shape so as to cover nearly the entire part of the inspection section 4 and has an aperture AP common to the plurality of the wiring patterns in order to apply wiring to connect each of the first wiring patterns WP1 and the second wiring patterns WP2 corresponding thereto, and a third wiring pattern group G3 consisting of a plurality of third wiring patterns WP3 which are arranged apart by≥10μm from the edge of the aperture AP of the insulating film 130 and electrically connect the first wiring patterns WP1 and the second wiring patterns WP2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
