PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electromagnetic wave noise from affecting radio communication between a radio transmitter 100 and a radio receiver 200. SOLUTION: In the radio transmitter 100, a digital modulation circuit 20 digitally modulates an oscillation signal outputted from an oscillation circuit 10 by an ASK (amplitude shift keying) system. Since a signal to be modulated, which is modulated by a digital modulation system, is transmitted by a transmitting antenna 30, it is possible prevent electromagnetic wave noise from affecting radio communications between the radio transmitter 100 and the radio receiver 200.
