PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive tape having light weight and small rolling resistance and residual pressure resistance, producible at a low cost and enabling the increase of the thickness while exhibiting high adhesive performance and water-proofing function even if the surface of the adherend has irregularity to an extent. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape has a plurality of plates 16, 18 laminated one upon another and having a plurality of grooves along the longitudinal direction on at least one surface and has a viscoelastic material 12 having a plurality of grooves 22 on the adhesive face. Air is discharged through the groove by rolling to prevent the formation of residual air bubble. |
