PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a terminal from heat and to easily fix a substrate by securing space for fixing the substrate. SOLUTION: Holes 19a are pierced in areas of the substrate 19 which are opposed to thermoelectric elements 9a, 9b arranged on both ends out of thermoelectric elements 9a, 9b connected in series, and wires 11a are fixed on the thermoelectric elements 9a, 9b through the holes 19a from the rear side of the substrate 19.
