<p>The device has a box (2) comprising a storage area (4) with a bottom part (14) and a semi-circular cylindrical reception area (5). The reception area has an access (19) emerging on outside of the box and another opening emerging on the storage area. A shovel (8) brings products or refuse (6) from the reception area to the storage area. An apron (10) is mounted to move inside the box. A movement unit of the apron is mounted on the box and connected to the apron. Freedom of movement of the shovel is independent of the apron. The apron constitutes a compression unit inside the storage area. An independent claim is also included for a method for compressing products or refuse in a vehicle.</p> |
