PURPOSE: A pattern making device and a method using laser are provided to rapidly operate the light guide plate processing by emitting laser beam to first and second layer heads from one laser beam generator through a beam switch or a beam splitter. CONSTITUTION: A pattern making device comprises a first beam generator(110), a beam switch(130) or a beam splitter, first and second guide rails(133a,133b) and a light guide plate(163). The first beam generator generates a laser beam. The beam switch or the beam splitter supplies laser beams to the first and second laser heads. The first and second guide rails transfer the first and second laser heads. The light guide plate transfers first light guide plates(123a). The first light guide plate and second light guide plate are installed on the upper part of the light guide plate. The first and the second laser head comprise a reflective mirror and a focus lens.
