WIDE DYNAMIC RANGE CMOS IMAGE SENSOR

PURPOSE: A CMOS image sensor including a wide dynamic range is provided to simplify an image process with the wide dynamic range. CONSTITUTION: A first sensing circuit changes electric charge quantity accumulated in a light receiving device into an electric property to easily process data during the first exposure accumulation time. A second sensing circuit changes the electric charge quantity accumulated in the light receiving device into an electric property to easily process data during the second exposure accumulation time. A first switch(SW1) is formed between an output signal line and an ACD(Analog to Digital Converter) for the first sensing circuit. A second switch(SW2) is formed between the output signal line and the ACD for the second sensing circuit.
