<p>The invention relates to a method for de-differentiating a cell, i.e. the induction of a pluripotent phenotype. In vivo de-differentiation is carried out using defined factors such as transcription factors, miRNA, DNA, or proteins. This leads to the formation of pluripotent cells, without teratoma formation. Defined factors may be administered to cells such as liver or muscle cells and are useful in therapy.</p> |
