In addition, the formulation can include cocoa butter, coconut oil, kelp powder, and a preservative comprising a mixture of phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben and butylparaben. The formulation can be used for cosmetic applications in which the formulation is applied as a cream to a user's skin. |
