PURPOSE: A mobile card payment system and a method thereof are provided to request payment with a member device by a mobile communication number without using card information, thereby improving security. CONSTITUTION: A payment VM(Virtual Machine) generating a first authentication value is built in a mobile device(10). The payment VM generates the first authentication value. A member store device(20) requests payment through mobile communication number of the mobile device and payment amount of money. An M-PG(Mobile-Payment Gateway)(30) server sends confirm message to the mobile communication number. The M-PG(Mobile-Payment Gateway) server processes the payment request certificated by the first authentication value through a card company(40). |
