PURPOSE: A dual-wall synthetic resin pipe is provided to reduce damage by impact and radial force by supporting outer side and inner side of a hollow pipe using a reinforcing member. CONSTITUTION: A dual-wall synthetic resin pipe comprises a hollow pipe(20), bonding resin(30), a reinforcing member(40), and an outer cover. The hollow pipe is wound in a tube-wall(14) a spiral form. The inside flow path is formed inside the hollow pipe. The bonding resin is spread between the sides of the hollow pipe in order to block up a clearance. The bonding resin is made of synthetic resin reinforced with reinforced fibers of 10~100wt.% based on synthetic resin of 100wt.%. The reinforcing member is inserted into the internal space of the hollow pipe in order to reinforce strength against radial load. A plurality of supporting plates(42) of the reinforcing member interlinks the outer cover and inner cover of the hollow pipe. The outer cover surrounds the outer surface of the tube-wall.
