TOUCH PANEL AND TOUCH WINDOW WITH FUNCTION OF PROTECTING AGAINST ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE

PURPOSE: A touch panel and a touch window with an electrostatic discharge prevention function are provided to protect an inner circuit by detouring an ESD(Electrostatic Discharge) through an electrostatic absorption unit including a metal pattern. CONSTITUTION: A substrate has a transparent electrode which outputs a touch signal based on the change of electrostatic capacity or resistance. A wire unit draws out the touch signal by being formed on the edge of the substrate and being connected to the transparent electrode. An electrostatic absorption unit includes an acute unit(410) and a dummy unit(420). The acute unit is formed on the substrate while having a gap from a wire unit and is formed near the wire unit to absorb an electrostatic discharge which is discharged to the wire unit. The dummy unit is connected to an opposite direction of the acute unit and enables the current to flow based on the absorbed electrostatic discharge.
