<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of the solar cell by suppressing the recombination of charges due to instable combination by forming a protection layer of a dual film structure including a thermal oxide layer on the front and rear of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: An emitter unit(120) is formed on the front surface of a substrate(110). An anti-reflection layer is formed on the emitter unit. A protection layer(190) is formed on the rear of the substrate. A front electrode(141) is electrically connected to the emitter unit. A rear electrode(151) is electrically connected to the substrate.</p> |
