PURPOSE: An acrylic resin and a photo-sensitive resin composition for a color filter including the same are provided to improve the hole characteristic and the pattern characteristic of the color filter if the color filter is formed on a thin film transistor array substrate. CONSTITUTION: An acrylic resin and a photo-sensitive resin composition includes a copolymer, an acrylic photopolymerizable monomer, a photo-polymerization initiator, a pigment, and a solvent. The copolymer resin contains repeating units represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, the R1 is hydrogen, C1-C20 alkyl group, aryl group, alkylaryl group, cycloalkyl group, or multicycloalkyl group. The R2 and the R3 are C1-C20 alkyl group, aryl group, alkylaryl group, cycloalkyl group, or multicycloalkyl group. |
