PURPOSE: A CEACAM6 as a gastric cancer diagnosis marker is provided to easily and accurately determine gastric cancer or colorectal cancer. CONSTITUTION: A CEACAM6 as a gastric cancer diagnosis marker contains an agent for measuring expression level of CEACAM6 gene mRNA or its protein. The agent for measuring expression level of mRNA comprises a primer or probe which specifically binds to the CEACAM6 gene. The agent for measuring protein expression level contains an antibody which is specific to CEACAM6 protein. |
