PURPOSE: A cold and warm air supply structure of a steering wheel is provided to provide comfortable driving environment by supplying cold and warm air to a steering wheel when a driver grips the steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: A cold and warm air supply structure of a steering wheel is connected to a cooling and heating system(2) and comprises a cold/warm air supply pipe(3), multiple discharge holes, and flexible coil-shaped hoses(4). The cold/warm air supply pipe supplies a part of cold/warm air generated in an air conditioner/heater to a handle(1). The discharge holes are formed in the handle and discharge the cold/warm air to the outside. The flexible coil-shaped hoses connect the cold/warm air supply pipe to the handle.
