PURPOSE: A remote monitoring control system is provided to improve reliability by remotely controlling the moisture of a distribution board. CONSTITUTION: An input and output device unit includes an electric shock preventing unit and an electric leakage breaker. A central server(200) generates a signal for controlling an input and output device unit. A PLC communication module(300) communicates with the central server and the power line. A signal processing module directly controls the input and output device unit. A mobile terminal(10) generates a control signal of the input and output device unit by communicating a wire and wireless IP router.
