PURPOSE: A drying apparatus for sea dumping waste on the land is provided to minimize the volume of a drying chamber by forming the drying chamber based on a non-thick material and improving the drying efficiency of the waste. CONSTITUTION: A waste drying unit and an exhaust gas purifying unit are prepared. The exhaust gas purifying unit detects the dielectric constant change of exhaust gas generated from the waste drying unit and purifies harmful materials contained in the exhaust gas. The waste drying unit includes an refuse plastic fuel(RPF) burner(110), a drying chamber(140), a stirring wing, a rotating unit(160), a fire-proof cooling chamber(170), and a spiral wing. The RPF burner generates high temperature/high speed hot wind. The drying chamber includes a first drying chamber and a second drying chamber. The stirring wind forms a swirling path for stirring waste and swirling the hot wind. The rotating unit rotates the second drying chamber. The spiral win is spirally formed on the inner wall of the fire-proof cooling chamber. |
