CONTROL-AND-TRAINING DEVICE

A control-and-training device is designed as the wrestling dummy with the load, the resilient elements and the probes inside. The dummy is fixed movable to the wall in horizontal position. The information on the deformity mode and the angles of trunk rotation are transmitted to computer and audiovideosignaling device. The device may be adjusted individually due to the change in the load and the rigidity of the resilient elements allowing for the control of the training process. The quantitative assessment of the parameters of deformity and the angles of trunk rotation of the dummy is useful for training the strength and the special physical performance in mat wrestling.
