An immune ferment test-system for semiquantitative analysis and determination of avidity of antibodies of IgG class to the virus of simple herpes of the 2 type comprises an immunoadsorbent, conjugate of monoclonal antibodies, kit of reagents for immuneferment analysis. An immunoadsorbent is made based on original recombinant protein gG2 HSV-2, peroxidase conjugate of original monoclonal antibodies of human IgG and comprises dissociative solution which allows to distinguish antibodies with low avidity from those with high avidity, that is important at confirmation of primary disease.
