The invention relates to metallurgy and is concerned with a method for formation of anisotropic close-grained structure of magnetic powders of samarium-cobalt (Sm-Co) system, in particular to alloy based on composition SmCo, SmCo, Sm(Co,T), where T- alloying element z = 7-8,5 with a high-dispersed anisotropic structure. The method provides hydrogen-vacuum treatment by heating in hydrogen with exposure up to partly decomposition (disproportionation) of ferromagnetic phase and thermal treatment of decomposition products (disproportionation) in vacuum up to restoration (recombination) of ferromagnetic phase. The alloy is heated in hydrogen under 0,01-4 kPa pressure up to temperature for 20-50 °C higher than disproportionation of ferromagnetic phase in hydrogen and hold during 2-5 hours. Thermal treatment in dynamic vacuum is made under temperature of 700-950 °C. Using the said method, alloy powders are manufactured. Crystalline particles size is 35-80 nm and grain parameter - 0,075. |
